Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Marbella is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership. You will drive sales by analyzing performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and overseeing daily store routines from opening to closing.

You will lead recruiting, training, and development, curate compelling visual displays, and ensure brand standards are upheld. This role provides growth opportunities toward future store leadership within the brand.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
