Your Role
  • Be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to understand their fitness equipment needs.
  • Use your sales skills to recommend the perfect fitness solutions tailored to each customer.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long‑lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with our experienced team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Adhere to store budgets and meet KPI's.
  • Lead and manage a team to reach targets.
  • Embrace ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and high‑energy atmosphere that defines our workplace.

It is crucial to note that Saturdays are not only a standard expectation but also our busiest day of the week in the retail industry, including our business. This commitment is essential to meet the needs of our customers and also gives you the chance to maximize your earnings through commissions. Sunday work is also required.
