1. Role Objective
Lead the luxury boutique in Puerto Banús, ensuring an exceptional client experience, team development, and achievement of commercial and operational objectives.
2. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop the sales team.
- Set individual and team goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive, high-standard work environment focused on luxury service and excellence.
- Identify training needs and promote continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the boutique and the luxury universe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat clients.
- Implement clienteling and CRM strategies to enhance loyalty.
- Ensure the highest standards of service and client experience at all times.
Commercial & Operational Management
- Achieve and exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets.
- Analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and develop action plans.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s image.
- Manage inventory, stock reception, and overall stock control.
- Ensure compliance with operational and administrative procedures.
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare sales and operational reports for regional or central management.
- Manage budgets, costs, and resource optimization.
- Ensure inventory integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies.
3. Profile & Requirements
- 7–10 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
- Minimum 3 years in a boutique management or team leadership role.
- Strong commercial skills and ability to analyze KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and retail digital tools.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- High client orientation, product sensitivity, and passion for the luxury sector.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high-value clientele.
