Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Spain to lead sales, coaching, and daily operations of a high-performing team. You will drive the customer experience, manage merchandise and staffing, and ensure store goals are met with a focus on execution and leadership.

You will recruit, develop, and retain strong teammates, handle scheduling, payroll, and visual merchandising to maximize performance while upholding Under Armour standards and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience.
• Minimum 1 year management in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Ability to relocate products up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency with basic English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve planned sales and KPIs.
• Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to drive results.
• Drive performance through customer service, HR, inventory, and store appearance.
• Build loyalty through in-store experience using data capture and omni-channel solutions.
• Direct handling of merchandise, shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Oversee daily store operations and loss prevention standards.
• Manage payroll and schedules to maximize productivity and sales.
