We are looking for a Customer Service Contact (Supply Chain Project Support) to join our team and collaborate on new product industrialization projects. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating Supply Chain activities, ensuring smooth logistics execution and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in the automotive sector is required.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage Supply Chain activities to support new product introductions (P1/P10) while meeting all project milestones.
  • Act as a member of the project team from the RFQ phase (NPA milestone) through Start of Production (SOP).
  • Define logistics and supply chain concepts, supporting quotation and implementation phases.
  • Coordinate SIOP/MPS volumes to align customer forecasts, production needs, and supplier capacity.
  • Interface with Material Planning and Production Control to ensure timely supply and delivery of new products.
  • Lead and maintain Logistics FMEAs, ensuring risk management and preventive actions.
  • Define and validate packaging concepts for Finished Goods, Work‑In‑Process, and supplier packaging.
  • Establish transportation and warehousing strategies, coordinating with regional logistics teams.
  • Ensure all logistics processes comply with plant Supply Chain strategy and Valeo standards.
  • Monitor Supply Chain KPIs, minimizing obsolescence and managing inventory accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes and contribute to safety, quality, and environmental standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, etc.).
Requirements
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain or logistics project coordination (automotive or manufacturing preferred).
  • Knowledge of planning systems, ERP tools, and logistics processes.
  • Experience leading or participating in industrialization or new product launch projects.
  • Strong English/Spanish communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
