The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership position, and exhibit a passion for fashion. Responsibilities include leading the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences, overseeing daily operations, managing stock levels, and executing promotional campaigns. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and sales reports.

• Proficiency in English, especially with international customers.
• Strong Excel skills for sales and KPI analysis.
• Energetic attitude and team-oriented approach.
