We’re looking for a STORE ASSOCIATE for our ZU team and believe we’ll be #betterwithyou.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty: Provide empathetic and high-quality service to ensure customers find everything they need for their pets’ well‑being.
• Stock Management and Warehouse Organization: Monitor stock levels and organization in the warehouse to ensure easy access to products for restocking. Keep the sales area organized, with products displayed attractively and conveniently for customers.
• Ensure Smooth Store Operations: Support all daily operational tasks, including product organization, customer service, and, when necessary, assist with checkout management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Professional Experience in Store Operations (preferred): Previous experience in customer service and restocking, ideally in the pet care sector.
• Passion for Animal's: Genuine interest in animal welfare, allowing you to provide personalized experiences to customers.
• Teamwork: Strong commitment to collaboration and achieving shared goals within the team.
• Availability for Part‑Time and/or Full‑Time Work: Flexibility to work rotating schedules and weekends, essential to meet the store’s operational needs.
• Results‑Oriented Mindset: Ability to meet sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
