Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership in a fast-paced Bonaire store.

You’ll drive sales by analyzing performance, oversee opening/closing, manage staffing and payroll, train non‑management staff, and keep the brand’s visuals current. You’ll champion excellent customer service, protect store assets, and represent the brand while growing into future leadership within the organization.

Formación

• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor's degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach others and build teams.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for excellent service and seamless operations.
• Staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Represent the Brand and embody company culture and values.
