A private yacht company is seeking a motivated Crew Mess Stewardess for a 68M motor yacht. This junior role requires female candidates with a valid B1/B2 visa and relevant certificates. You'll be responsible for the cleanliness of the crew mess area and assisting in crew service. This is a great opportunity for those new to the yachting industry, providing foundational experience and supportive teamwork.

Formación

• Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
• Strong work ethic and previous experience in hospitality preferred.
• All STCW and relevant certificates must be up to date.

Position: Crew Mess Stewardess

Start Date: 1st November 2025

Location: Europe-based candidates only

Vessel: 68M Private Motor Yacht

Itinerary: Mediterranean & Caribbean (Winter in the Caribbean, returning to Europe in March)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crew Mess Stewardess to join our team on board a 68M private motor yacht. This is a junior interior role, ideal for someone with a positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to work independently while contributing to the wider interior team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily upkeep, cleaning, and organization of the crew mess area
• Restocking and rotation of crew food and beverages
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service cleanup for crew
• Weekly and monthly inventories
• Assisting with guest interior duties as required
• Supporting laundry and housekeeping departments as needed
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Thinking proactively and managing your time effectively

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)
• B1/B2 visa and valid Schengen visa – essential
• All STCW and relevant certificates must be up to date
• Located in Europe currently
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a team-player attitude
• Previous yachting experience is preferred but not essential if you have a background in hospitality or housekeeping
