Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Eddy Current Steam Generator Inspection Analyst to join our Field Services team in Madrid, Spain, with occasional international travel. The role focuses on data analysis and inspection support for steam generator programs at nuclear power plants worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering or physics background, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related technical field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Eddy Current data analysis for steam generator inspections at Westinghouse facilities and customer sites.
• Support inspection analysis projects, including outage preparation, process execution, reporting and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with data acquisition teams and stakeholders for planning and scheduling.
• Deliver accurate technical evaluations and inspection results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned across inspection campaigns.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and technical specialists to ensure project success.

Reporting to theField Services Manager, this role is based inMadrid, Spain, with occasional international travel to support customer projects, training activities, and technical assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Eddy Current data analysis activities for steam generator inspections at Westinghouse facilities and customer nuclear power plant sites.
• Support the execution of inspection analysis projects, including outage preparation, process execution, reporting, and project closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, quality, regulatory, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with data acquisition teams and project stakeholders to support planning, progress tracking, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Deliver accurate technical evaluations and inspection results in accordance with industry requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned and supporting process enhancements between inspection campaigns.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and technical specialists to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international environments.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn specialized inspection and data analysis techniques within the nuclear industry.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Non-Destructive Examination (NDE/NDT), Eddy Current Testing, Steam Generator Inspection Services, or related industrial inspection activities.
• Knowledge of Eddy Current inspection techniques, data analysis methodologies, and applicable industry standards.
• Previous experience in the nuclear, energy, aerospace, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
• Eddy Current certification or other relevant technical certifications.
• Availability for occasional international travel to support customer inspections, training activities, and project needs.
