Westinghouse Field Services Spain SLU is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer in Spain to blend engineering insight with commercial acumen. You will support growth initiatives, coordinate inputs for proposals, and manage offers while maintaining data within the company systems.

The role involves travel within Spain (20–30%), onsite at customer facilities and nuclear plants, with a development path toward project management and broad exposure to the energy sector.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in engineering, project coordination, proposal management, technical sales, field services, or similar roles.
• Willingness to travel within Spain.
• Experience in the energy, industrial, or nuclear sectors is an advantage.
• Additional languages are of interest.

About the role:

Westinghouse is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to help grow our Testing business. You will combine commercial, technical, and operational responsibilities, working with the Customer Solutions Manager on business development, proposal preparation, and customer support activities.

Main Responsibilities:

Support business development projects and customer growth strategies.

Coordinate technical, schedule, and cost inputs for proposal development.

Prepare and track commercial offers and customer opportunities.

Maintain reporting and commercial data within company systems.

Support financial and business reporting activities.

Participate in field service activities.

Qualify and perform as a Containment Coordinator during nuclear outages at Ascó and Vandellòs.

Travel & Development

Approximately 20-30% of working time onsite at customer facilities and nuclear power plants.

Technical training provided.

Long-term development path towards Project Management responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
