Opportunity in our growing Ground Handling team based in Spain

: on-site at our headquarters at
Vitoria Airport (Spain).
As the main responsible for the station of Vitoria you will have to :
Control, coordinate and manage of the assigned airport in relation to the operational structure and the handling services provided, including operational guidelines and procedures, with the aim of delivering quality service and customer care, as well as ensuring continuous improvement in safety and security conditions through detection, prevention, and implementation of corrective measures.
Manage the different areas of the station operations (including Safety, Quality, GSE, People, Planning…).
Liaise with the different departments of the headquarters (Quality / Health / Safety / Environment, HR, Operations, Commercial and Finance).
Management and coordination of the team under your responsibility.
Liaise with external stakeholders (customers, providers, Aena,…).
Ensure main operational target (productivity, training, quality, safety,…) are achieved.
Support the consecution of new businesses.
Representation of the Company (labor unions, works councils, and inspections).
Professional with organizational skills, people oriented, responsible, autonomous with multitasking capabilities.
Willing to develop a career in a company in a development path with a highly motivated and dynamic team that will be supporting her / him.
University degree preferable, but not only, on Aeronautical Engineering or Airport Management.
Any experience on the ground handling business (for instance flight dispatcher, airline representative, load master,…) will be highly appreciated
Fluent in English.
Capabilities to link with external stakeholders (customers, AENA,…).
Team working and people oriented.
