Triwill Group is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner based in Spain to help build a recruiting business with a revenue-share model. You will blend business development, candidate sourcing, and delivery to satisfy startup hiring needs across European markets.

You will leverage an established database, ATS, and outbound infrastructure while shaping approaches with founders and engineering leaders. Freedom to adopt AI, automation, and CRM tools will be available to operate efficiently.
