Formación

• 10+ years in industrial operations roles, preferably in the automotive or related sector.
• Proven experience leading operational/plant teams.
• Experience in plant commissioning phases is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of operations management and production planning.
• Solid understanding of industrial maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Languages: English and Portuguese are required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day‑to‑day production to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs.
• Manage feedstock supply and inbound material flows.
• Coordinate internal logistics.
