Ashby is hiring a Product Engineer to own significant portions of one product end-to-end, shaping specs, design, and delivery with a strong product/engineering partnership. The stack includes TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, Postgres, Redis; you’ll influence features from conception to shipping and collaborate across teams in a fast, low-meeting environment.

You should be comfortable tackling ambiguity, balancing speed and quality, and mentoring others as you grow with the company.

Formación

• Experience building and shipping modern web applications.
• Ability to work across product and engineering with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Own significant portions of one Ashby product end-to-end, from concept to shipping.
• Write product specs, create wireframes, and drive design decisions with cross‑functional teams.
• Balance customer needs with technical feasibility in a low‑meeting, fast environment.
