MONEI is seeking a Staff Manager — Apps to own the end-to-end mobile app experience: architecture, roadmaps, and the people who build it.

You'll lead a small team of 3–4 UPC interns, onboard them, review their code, and turn a first job into a proper engineering apprenticeship. For most of them this will be the first real codebase they’ve touched, and how good they become is largely down to you.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production mobile apps.
• Strong native mobile development: Swift and/or Kotlin.
• TypeScript or willingness to learn it.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers.
• You still write code and ship features.
• Solid API integration, state management, testing and CI/CD.
• Professional English and Spanish (C1+).

Responsabilités

• Take ideas from prototype to product and own the experiments.
• Own mobile apps end to end: architecture, code quality, releases, store submissions, monitoring.
• Lead and grow a team of 3–4 UPC interns: onboarding, goal setting, PR reviews, feedback.
• Break work into shipable tasks for junior engineers.
• Ship the roadmap with Product and influence what gets built.
• Collaborate with backend/frontend engineers on schemas, SDKs and tokenization.
• Set engineering standards for mobile, including testing, CI/CD and release cadence.
