Your role

Get ready to :

• Build the internal platforms that power our Payroll, AI and automation teams
• Design and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure and developer tooling
• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to deliver reusable, stable solutions

Requirements

• 12 years of backend / platform engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and PostgreSQL
• Deep expertise in API design, SaaS architectures and microservices
• Experience building and maintaining internal tools / platforms
• Authentication / authorization systems expertise for multi-tenant apps
• AWS / cloud platform design experience

Bonus

• Background in developer tooling, workflow orchestration or compliance-heavy environments
• AI / ML system infra awareness
