Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with JVM/Scala or equivalent.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features at scale.
• Strong background in distributed architectures and event-driven design.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy and roadmap for AI adoption across product and platform.
• Architect and lead AI-powered capabilities in backend systems.
• Set standards for AI features design, testing, monitoring, and rollbacks.
