Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping and operating ML/LLM features in production.
• Strong ability to design and review AI service integrations.

Responsibilities

• Specify use-case specifications for AI functions, inputs, behavior, success/failure criteria.
• Design and run evaluation approaches including datasets and safety metrics.
• Accept and gate decisions through build, pilot, limited, and general availability stages.
• Define data flows, human-in-the-loop points, and evidence retention.
• Own AI threat model and implement controls against prompt injection and data leakage.
• Lead technical work across teams without formal authority.
