You will set technical direction, quantify risk, and influence capability teams without direct reports, ensuring auditable, secure AI deployments.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in software engineering with production ML features.
• Proven ability to design and evaluate AI functions end to end.
• Experience in service integrations, data flows, and human-in-the-loop.
• Knowledge of threat modeling and AI security controls.

Aufgaben

• Specify use-case specs, inputs, outputs, and success criteria.
• Design evaluation approaches and monitor drift and safety.
• Maintain evidence and governance across builds, pilots, and GA.
• Define model placement, data flows, and audit trails.
• Lead technically across teams without direct reporting lines.
• Review AI-generated code for provenance and safety.
