Getnet Platforms, part of Santander Group, seeks a Software Engineer to join our development team in Madrid. You will build high-quality Java applications and APIs using Spring Boot, contributing to scalable microservices.

You will work with Product and Engineering to deliver impactful solutions, participate in code reviews, and help improve performance and resilience across systems. We offer hybrid work with 60% on-site, health and life insurance, transport and meal vouchers, and opportunities

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying software applications.
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
• Experience participating in code reviews.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and scalable systems.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers (Preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Experience improving application performance and scalability (Required)
• Experience supporting production environments (Preferred)
• Experience working in cloud-native environments (Preferred)

• Experience mentoring junior engineers (Preferred)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relatd field. (Required)
• Additional certifications in Software Engineering, Cloud, Kubernetes, or Distributed Systems (Preferred)
