JobServe Ltd. is seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join a growing engineering team responsible for operating and evolving a cloud-native SaaS platform hosted on AWS.

You will maintain platform reliability, automate processes, and implement GitOps practices while collaborating with software engineers and platform teams to delivery scalable, secure infrastructure. • Hands-on AWS with EKS, RDS PostgreSQL, IAM and VPC.

DevOps Engineer (Mid-Level)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join a growing engineering team responsible for operating and evolving a cloud-native SaaS platform hosted on AWS. You will play a key role in maintaining platform reliability, improving automation, supporting production environments, and driving Infrastructure as Code and GitOps best practices.

Working closely with software engineers and platform teams, you will help build scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure whilst ensuring smooth delivery and operation of business-critical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including EKS, RDS PostgreSQL, VPC and IAM.
• Operate and support production Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Implement and manage GitOps deployment processes using ArgoCD.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions.
• Manage secrets and credentials using HashiCorp Vault.
• Monitor system performance, availability and reliability across production environments.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and platform scalability.
• Drive automation initiatives and operational excellence across the platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly:
  • EKS
  • RDS PostgreSQL
  • IAM
  • VPC
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code expertise using Terraform.
• Experience implementing GitOps practices with ArgoCD.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management solutions.
• Experience supporting production SaaS or Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Understanding of cloud security and operational best practices.
