Job summary

NeuralTrust, a Barcelona-based startup, seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure ensuring reliability and security of our AI-enabled SaaS platform.

You’ll automate deployments, monitor systems, optimize costs, and collaborate with developers to maintain production-readiness while embracing a hacker mentality and cutting-edge cloud-native tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure—GCP preferred).
• Strong background in Linux systems, networking, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads (Helm, Kubectl).
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Security-first mindset in infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Automate deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems.
• Ensure platform reliability, uptime, and performance across environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead incident response efforts.
• Optimize cost, security, and observability in our infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth release cycles and production-readiness.
• Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and best practices.
• Stay hands-on with new cloud-native technologies and bring innovation to the team.
