A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Sr. Manager for Global Logistics Transformation in Madrid. The Sr. Manager Global Logistics Transformation is accountable for driving the logistics transformation within Global Logistics & Network Services (GLNS), in line with our GLNS strategic blueprint and GSC NexGen strategy.
This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Global Logistics & Network Services - Digital & Capabilities Lead and works closely with Pfizer Digital, GLNS Digital Governance, GLNS analytics, GLNS Process Excellence and external partners.
Periodic international travel (approximately 10‑15 %) for project meetings, workshops, and conferences. Hybrid model – at least 2.5 days per week in a Pfizer office.
