Siemens Mobility is seeking a skilled Maintenance Production Planner to develop holistic maintenance concepts and optimize production planning for global projects. You will assess customer requirements, constraints, and capacities, translating them into efficient shopfloor workflows.

You will collaborate across Europe, leveraging industrial engineering, data analytics, and digital tools to drive improvements and support strategic decisions.

Formación

• Technical degree in engineering or natural sciences; Master's preferred.
• Several years of experience in industrial engineering, factory planning, or production planning.
• Experience with process simulation, data analytics, optimization methods or digital planning tools.
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, SQL or similar analytical tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; fluent German and English.
• Strong analytical thinking, independent working style, and high motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a holistic and competitive maintenance concept, considering customer requirements and constraints.
• Calculate production capacities, critical resources, and staffing needs.
• Develop optimized workflows during detailed planning for subsequent operations.
• Act as liaison between shopfloor and management to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Serve as internal consultant for international maintenance projects with plant leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to digital transformation of maintenance planning using analytics, automation, and AI tools.
• Drive improvements from concept to implementation and challenge established practices.
