Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. seeks a Senior Site Process Engineer to join the EU Process Engineering team in an onsite, non-shift rotation role.

You will lead process improvement initiatives, perform data analysis, and support EU-wide network deployments. You will collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams, using AI/analytics to accelerate decisions and drive continuous improvement across the EU network.

Formación

• Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting.
• Experience performing data analysis using Excel and MS Office tools.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership.
• People management experience leading Operations Managers or similar roles.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects with measurable results or delivering outcomes for large cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process improvement initiatives by comparing site performance against network benchmarks.
• Conduct data analysis and present findings in daily meetings, translating insights into action plans.
• Lead weekly performance reviews with site leadership and ensure target achievement.
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to enhance data analysis and accelerate decision-making.
• Join daily Gemba walks with FC Leadership to identify waste and eliminate it with ops teams.
• Drive local initiatives and scale best practices across the EU; lead autonomous Kaizens.
• Own deployment of EU network initiatives at the site and ensure timelines.
• Support pilots and tests to prevent delays across EU rollout.
• Build strong relationships with Site Leader and Senior Management Team and communicate with customers/partners.

Amazon is seeking a Senior Site Process Engineer to join the EU Process Engineering team in an onsite, non-shift rotation role with direct exposure to EU-level strategic initiatives.

This position operates in a defined-ambiguity environment where you'll work on problems and opportunities using your knowledge and skills to decide which actions to take. You'll design short-term solutions with limited guidance while learning to be strategic. The role offers scope expansion opportunities to lead local initiatives and potentially coordinate multi-site EU projects.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives by comparing site performance against network benchmarks
• Conduct data analysis and present findings in daily meetings, converting insights into action plans
• Lead weekly performance reviews with site leadership, reviewing action plans and ensuring target achievement
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to enhance data analysis, identify patterns, and accelerate decision-making

Lean Transformation & Capability Building

• Join daily Gemba walks with FC Leadership to identify waste by observation and eliminate it together with ops teams
• Drive innovation by scaling local initiatives and implementing network best practices across the EU
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives autonomously (Kaizens)

EU Network Initiative Deployment

• Own deployment of EU network initiatives at the site, ensuring timeline compliance
• Support site commitment to pilots and tests, preventing delays across EU rollout

Partnership & Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with Site Leader and Senior Management Team, communicating clearly with customers/partners/stakeholders
• Support site management operational team during Q4 based on building needs

About the team

The EUCF PE team leads process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the EU Customer Fulfillment Network. They establish best-in-class performance standards, implement technological advancements, and enhance operational leaders' technical knowledge. The team equips operations with expertise to deliver technology and process improvements while reducing performance variation between shifts, buildings, and regions. Working collaboratively with Central Teams, they prioritize resources to improve process metrics across all paths.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting role
• Experience in project management or management consulting including handling multiple ongoing projects
• Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
• Experience in people management (in a leadership role managing Operations Managers or other team members, including floor control and retention)
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
• Experience in process improvement
• Knowledge of analytic tools
• Knowledge of SQLKnowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages
• Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt certification
