Alcon is seeking a Senior Commercial Transformation Manager, Europe Vision Care, to lead and accelerate commercial transformation initiatives across Europe. In this highly visible role, you will partner with regional leadership, drive go-to-market improvements, and use analytics to shape strategy while traveling across Europe.

Fluent English is required, with a minimum of 5 years in sales, operations, or transformation.

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Transformation Manager, Europe Vision Care to join our Commercial Operations team. In this highly visible role, you will lead and accelerate commercial transformation initiatives across Europe, helping shape the future of how we engage customers, empower sales teams, and drive sustainable business growth. A Typical Day

• Lead the deployment of strategic commercial transformation programs across Europe, including both digital and non-digital initiatives.
• Partner with regional leadership, country organizations, and global stakeholders to drive alignment and successful execution of transformation priorities.
• Define implementation roadmaps, establish success measures, and monitor progress against business objectives.
• Collaborate with local teams across Europe to identify opportunities for improving commercial effectiveness, customer engagement, and sales force performance.
• Travel regularly alongside field sales teams to gather insights from customers and frontline associates, ensuring initiatives remain relevant and impactful.
• Act as a key liaison between local markets, European leadership, and international teams by bringing actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices across countries and regions to accelerate commercial excellence and adoption of innovative approaches.
• Analyze sales force performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimizing go-to-market strategies.

What You'll Bring to Alcon

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (optical retail), sales operations, business transformation, consulting, or related functions.
• Experience leading complex transformation initiatives across multiple markets and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience leveraging CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.com, to drive commercial effectiveness.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly across Europe.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, optical retail, or vision care industries.
• Knowledge of commercial excellence methodologies and sales force effectiveness programs.
• Experience integrating digital solutions and AI-driven approaches into commercial operations.
• Additional European language skills are an advantage.
