What You’ll Do?

• Develop a strong understanding of the Energy sector and its strategic priorities.
• Lead workshops to capture and document business needs, translating them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze current (As-Is) processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design optimized (To-Be) workflows.
• Create and maintain documentation such as Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and priorities.
• Manage backlog, scope, and prioritization in collaboration with the Program Director and Project Manager.
• Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support data validation with analytics teams.
• Provide functional support during system rollouts and early adoption phases.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Energy sector or Critical Asset Management environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and process modeling techniques (BPMN, swim lanes).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage requirements in dynamic, cross-functional settings.
• Fluent English (C1 minimum) - written and spoken.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering business value.
