Job summary

LeoVegas Group is seeking a QA Engineer to join the Sportsbook Domain, helping shape and enhance our product capabilities across brands. You will design, execute and maintain tests for backend and frontend components in an Agile environment, collaborating with skilled Java and TypeScript engineers and other QAs to deliver reliable betting experiences.

In this role you will drive automation opportunities, contribute to API/UI tests, and ensure test coverage across services and microservices.

Qualifications

• Experience with backend test automation using Java.
• Practical experience with automated API testing.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with test management tools (TestRail or similar).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for backend and frontend components.
• Identifying opportunities for automation across the sports betting flow and contributing to their implementation.
• Supporting the design and maintenance of automated tests (service, API, UI).
• Collaborating with developers and QAs to define testing scope and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Executing manual and automated tests as part of the development lifecycle.
• Reporting, tracking, and verifying defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contributing to improving test processes, reliability, and overall product quality.
• Communicating risks and findings clearly to team members and stakeholders.
