Medtronic is seeking a Spine Loaner Supervisor to lead daily Spine Loaner Pool operations in Iberia from Spain or Portugal, ideally Madrid or Lisbon. This onsite role requires coordinating inventory, fulfillment, and customer support to ensure instrument sets and implants are available when needed.

Formación

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in supply chain/logistics operations.
• Experience leading or supervising operational teams.
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and fulfilment.
• Experience using metrics and data for performance decisions.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare logistics is preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily Spine Loaner Pool operations including inventory handling.
• Supervise frontline team to maintain productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate flow from receipt to customer fulfilment and returns.
• Monitor logistics and inventory accuracy to sustain performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, CS, and Commercial teams.
• Drive process improvements for operational excellence and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Coach and develop employee performance with feedback and training.
