Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Spine Loaner Supervisor to lead the Iberia Spine Loaner team, overseeing day-to-day operations across Spain and Portugal. This onsite role focuses on inventory, logistics, and service delivery to support patient care, reporting to cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree with 5+ years in supply chain, proven leadership, experience with SAP WM/WMS, and fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with related experience in supply chain/logistics.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, fulfilment or distribution processes.
• Experience using metrics/data to support performance decisions.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare sector.
• Experience with SAP WM/WMS systems.
• Fluent English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Lead Spine Loaner Pool operations, including cleaning, auditing, packing, and maintaining surgical instruments and implants.
• Supervise team activities to ensure inventory availability, productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate product flow from inventory receipt through fulfilment and returns processing.
• Monitor logistics, replenishment and inventory management for performance and accuracy.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality and Commercial teams to resolve issues.
• Drive process improvements toward operational excellence and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
• Coach and develop team through goal setting, feedback and training.
