IFCO Group is seeking a Specialist Field Stock Management to oversee inventory audits, data reporting, and process compliance in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate asset records and timely audit execution.

The role requires hands-on experience in supply chain, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with SAP and Excel. English proficiency and a collaborative, international mindset are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, or Logistics.
• Experience with Excel and reporting dashboards to derive insights.
• Ability to work within SOPs and escalate issues accordingly.
• Strong numerical data handling and data-driven decision support.
• Experience with SAP ERP and collaboration tools; cross-functional coordination.
• Professional English in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Audit Coordination – planning and distributing inventory audit requests across internal teams and external partners.
• Process Compliance – monitors audit execution to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Issue Identification – detects anomalies, delays, or non-compliance in audit processes and escalates to Senior Specialists or regional leadership.
• Reporting & Insights – creates and maintains regular reports on reconciliation status, audit progress, and stock discrepancies.
• Data Analysis Support – assists Senior Specialists by preparing relevant data sets and supporting root cause analysis.
• System Accuracy – updates ERP and CRM systems with audit outcomes and adjustments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – works with Customer Care and Sales Support to align audit schedules with customer activities.
