The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and strong proficiency in English. For the role of Specialist Business Assistant we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.

Responsibilities
  • Diary support for up to 3 leadership team members; ensuring diary is prioritised in line with the leadership requirements, working with the PA network to manage and schedule senior meetings
  • Management of the Admin associated with team meetings including attendee availability and room management
  • Support with Reporting & KPI’s in line with governance framework
  • Track and manage all actions placed on Team, working to facilitate timely closure of outstanding actions
  • Support comms and engagement at all levels of the team, providing presentations, reports and whitepapers for both internal and external audiences as required
  • Own ad hoc discrete programmes that emerge through the year
