A leading technology company in Madrid is seeking an Aftersales Parts Specialist to manage spare parts operations in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in aftersales, solid understanding of HVAC components, and strong data-handling skills. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely parts delivery. The role is office-based with some travel involved.
Aftersales Parts Specialist
3–5 years of experience in aftersales spare parts operations within the HVAC industry, ideally covering RAC (residential) and LCAC (light commercial) product lines.
Solid understanding of HVAC components, parts catalogs, and the full spare parts lifecycle (forecasting, ordering, stocking, and distribution).
Experience coordinating with warehouses, service centers, and logistics partners to ensure parts availability and delivery accuracy.
Strong data-handling skills for managing inventory levels, consumption patterns, and parts-related KPIs.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams (technical support, logistics, aftersales) and external service partners.
Maintain and update spare parts catalogs, part numbers, stock levels, and pricing information to support nationwide aftersales operations.
Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, delivery accuracy, and efficient parts replenishment.
Monitor key parts-related metrics, including:
Support warranty and claims processes by verifying parts usage, consumption trends, and replacements.
Collaborate closely with technical support, service providers, and the aftersales team to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Assist in improving spare-parts policies, forecasting methods, and documentation to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
The position is office-based, with occasional business travel or warehouse visits if necessary.
