As a Travel Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients as they navigate their travel plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with travel inquiries and bookings through various channels such as phone, email, and online chat.
- Help clients manage their travel arrangements, including flight changes, accommodation modifications, and itinerary adjustments.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers, airlines, and hotels to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding travel policies, destinations, and available services.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions in the CRM for effective follow-up and service enhancement.
- Demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and customer care in all interactions.
- Stay informed about current trends in the travel industry to better assist clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
- Prior experience in customer service or the travel sector is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and CRM software is an advantage.
