In this role, you will be integral in ensuring our Spanish‑speaking customers receive excellent support and guidance while engaging with our marketplace.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish‑speaking clients via telephony, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with navigating the marketplace, helping them with inquiries about products, prices, and order processes.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, aiming for prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
  • Work closely with various departments to relay customer feedback to drive improvements in service and product offerings.
  • Ensure you stay updated on marketplace policies, procedures, and promotions to inform customers accurately.

Requirements
