Description

Workster is partnering with Greece’s biggest tech company to find Spanish‑speaking Customer Support Experts to work for the world’s largest social media platform, based in Athens. ✈️This role comes with free relocation to Greece - including your flight, a few weeks in a hotel, and help finding a long‑term place to stay.

  • Support customers via phone, chat, or email, making sure every interaction is positive.
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and offer fast, accurate, and friendly solutions.
  • Handle questions about products, services, accounts, or orders.
  • Stay up to date with company processes to ensure consistent service.
  • Work with other teams when needed to solve more complex issues.
  • Log all interactions in the system and follow up when necessary.
  • Spot areas for improvement and share ideas to make the customer experience even better.
Requirements
  • C1 level Spanish and good English (B2 or higher).
  • Already in Athens or open to relocating there.
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and team‑player attitude.
  • Adaptable, curious, and comfortable using online tools and software.
  • Able to provide basic documents (ID / Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.).
