• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindset.
• Residency within Greece or willingness to relocate for this role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers regarding high-end vehicle maintenance, features, and automotive technical queries.
• Leverage deep knowledge of the automotive industry to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide sophisticated solutions.
• Maintain detailed case records and documentation within our premium CRM to ensure superior client follow-through.
