Job summary

Welocalize is seeking a native-level Spanish (Spain) speaker to join an on-site, confidential AI and consumer technology programme. You will evaluate pre-release AI models in Spanish, test across devices, and ensure accurate localization and usability. You’ll report issues clearly, support non-English flows, and work from Welocalize offices in a private, secure area.

You’ll collaborate with linguists and testers, focusing on quality, precision, and language nuance in a fast-moving tech context.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish (Spain), written and spoken, with day-to-day usage
• Experience with software/app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation is a plus
• Comfort using a smartphone and a laptop, across iOS and Android
• Ability to follow detailed test scripts and explain issues in English

Responsibilities

• Review pre-release AI model output in Spanish (Spain) for accuracy, naturalness, and quality
• Test Spanish (Spain) experience against English, verify feature parity and non-Latin scripts
• Identify display or localization issues, such as incorrect dates, currencies, or untranslated strings
• Document issues clearly with steps, device, OS, locale, and build ID; re-test after fixes
