Job summary

Mercor in Madrid, Spain is seeking experienced physicians who are native or fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional medical tasks.

You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real medicine as practiced in Spain. This remote, part-time role is about 21 hours per week, paid hourly, and runs a pilot from Oct 23 to Nov 19.

• Experience in clinical practice.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Licensed physician in Spain (colegiado), typically after MIR residency, familiar with SNS protocols and Spanish clinical guidelines.
