You will communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail while maintaining high satisfaction. Responsabilidades

  • Communicate with customers via phone chat & e-mail.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction representing a major brand.
  • Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work.

Conocimientos

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Spanish
Intermediate level of English
Strong attention to detail
Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer support or technical support roles

Job Requirements

  • Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.
