A leading SaaS company in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive experienced in outbound sales to target the Polish market. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, working alongside Sales Specialists, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Polish and possess strong sales skills. Formación

  • 6-12 months of experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Knowledge of inbound sales strategies or content-driven sales techniques.

Are you experienced on the phone and in the management of sales cycles looking for a fresh opportunity in SaaS Sales? I am seeking a self‑motivated and dedicated Account Executive to join an innovative, skilled, and sociable team in a SaaS company in Madrid for the Polish market.

Working with Sales Specialists to generate and convert leads.

Tracking and managing the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

Highly fluent in Polish (C2) and English on a B2 level

  • 6-12 months of experience in outbound B2B / B2C sales (preferably in SaaS)
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Knowledge of inbound sales strategies or content‑driven sales techniques
  • Spanish is a plus
