Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking motivated mid-career professionals to partner in searching, acquiring, and leading a small or mid-sized enterprise in Spain as Chief Executive Officer. You will spearhead a 24-month professional search, supported by NCA, with a base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company.

Successful candidates will search, acquire and manage a company in Spain, bringing extensive leadership experience, an MBA, and a strategic vision in sectors like Business

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in leadership with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong motivation towards entrepreneurship.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience running/growing businesses or business units in Spain.
• Executive MBA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process with governance for deal flow to acquire a business in line with criteria.
• Manage the acquisition process with support from Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
• Proactively develop long-term growth strategy and 100-day plans.
