• Generate and develop deal flow through an established network of senior contacts and intermediaries.
• Originate and win both buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates.
• Lead transaction execution and oversee delivery of high-quality client outcomes throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Drive business development initiatives to grow the Corporate Finance practice.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, advisers and market participants.
• Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to maximise opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing advisory team.
