Job summary

Amazon Spain is hiring an Employee Relations Manager to shape the employee relations agenda and support a positive climate focused on safety, engagement, and performance. The role reports to the Head of ER, Spain and operates across strategic and tactical levels to align regional direction with local deployment.

The successful candidate will partner with HR and business leaders across sites in Spain, handle works council and unions matters, and drive risk mitigation and capability-building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree, law degree, or other specialized training in employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Act as LR strategic partner for sites in Spain and equip HR and business leaders with knowledge, tools and frameworks to navigate collective environments confidently.
• Drive proactive risk identification and advise stakeholders on mitigation approaches in your assigned markets.
• Provide expert counsel on collective requirements.
• Build LR capability within the broader HR community through coaching, knowledge sharing, and framework development.
• Participate in cross-regional projects to build broader EU LR knowledge and capability.
