This role involves developing strategic healthcare policies and advocating for access to innovative therapies. Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in health policy. Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English are required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in health policy, government affairs, or public health advocacy.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with policy makers and parliamentarians.
• Previous experience in Gilead’s therapeutic environments is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic plans related to healthcare policies, legislation, and regulations.
• Lead policy advocacy initiatives to influence healthcare policies that improve patient access.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government stakeholders.
