Johnson & Johnson Madrid is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an excellent customer experience, handling orders, inquiries and issue resolution with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure a seamless customer journey, manage returns and credits, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and systems while complying with applicable policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or order management is valued.
• Experience with business systems such as Salesforce, SAP, JDE or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools is expected.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer orders from registration through follow-up.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate the follow-up of warehouse and transportation issues.
• Manage returns, credits, complaints and recall-related activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver a seamless experience.
• Maintain knowledge of products, processes and systems.
• Support various Customer Service workflows and comply with policies.
