Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Harness / Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing Engineer for Spacecraft AIT. The role focuses on end-to-end harness manufacturing, process optimization, and integration, aligning with Airbus standards and ergono mic and eco-efficiency goals.

Formación

• Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronic or Systems Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience
• 3–5 years in a production environment, preferably Space products
• Knowledge of ECSS/ESCC/MIL standards and manufacturing documentation
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; CATIA Electrical Module familiarity
• Experience with manufacturing processes for electrical harnesses and related testing

Responsabilidades

• Define and optimize harness manufacturing and integration processes per Airbus standards
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure feasible industrial solutions and the as-planned structure
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing dossier, procedures, work orders and BOMs
• Provide technical shopfloor support during breadboard, qualification and flight model activities
• Drive continuous improvement, assess technologies, and support CapEx planning and asset specification
