Job summary

Airbus CRISA in Tres Cantos (Madrid) seeks an Industrialization Test Area Engineer to lead the setup and improvement of industrial test means for space electronics. You will specify, acquire, deploy and support climatic/ vacuum test chambers, shakers, and related automation, including PLCs, HMIs, and LabVIEW-driven systems.

The role requires a degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience in industrialization projects within test environments.

Qualifications

Higher Education in Industrial, Electronic, or Aeronautic Engineering.
At least 5 years leading Industrialization/Improvement Projects in Test Areas.
Experience with Vacuum, Climatic, Thermal chambers and shakers maintenance.
English proficiency; proactive, autonomous with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

Define, specify, buy, deploy and support new Industrial Test means per requirements and ergonomics standards.
Lead continuous improvement of existing Test means, increasing automation.
Manage software (LabVIEW), automation, PLCs, HMIs, distributed systems, I/O controls and protocols (TCP/UDP/IP, MODBUS, EtherCAT).
Program autonomous controls and remote controls for test equipment.
Provide shop-floor support and troubleshooting; execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
