Thales Group is offering the Young Talent Program for recent graduates and final-year students for a full-time paid internship in Madrid. This program provides hands-on experience in the space industry, combining on-the-job training with formal education and mentorship. Participants will work in a multicultural environment, receive a competitive compensation of €1200 per month, and have opportunities for career growth within Thales. Ideal candidates should have a relevant degree and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in the final year) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Physics, Electronics, Mathematics, Industrial, Chemical or Aerospace Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration or similar fields.
• High level of English and Spanish required, with other languages as a plus.
• Availability to join in September 2026.
